We have enjoyed staying in B & Bs throughout the United States and have found that  every Inn is unique in a special way.   In 1996  we were encouraged by a friend to "Innsit" for a weekend at their award winning Northwood Inn located in Ocean City, New Jersey.  It was a perfect fit, we enjoyed meeting great people, while pleasing the guests  in beautiful surroundings with delicious breakfasts and catering to their every whim during their visit. 

The rest is history...  we attended an Innkeepers Workshop at Corning Comunity College,   and have been insitting as a team throughout the year,  whenever our schedules allow since 1997.

Having raised two sons and having enjoyed more than 30 years in education, working with people of all ages in a variety of situations we have come to the realization we are both "people persons" and serving the needs and wants of guests is really no different than educating the students in the complex world of today.
